Clients of the Zahálka project will be pleased to hear that the construction of the second phase is proceeding according to the current schedule. The rough construction is already completed and now we are starting to work on the surrounding area. The final approval is scheduled in June this year, so our clients can look forward to new housing soon.However, we are wasting no time, and at the same time we are starting the construction of the 3rd phase, where also space for commercial units will be created.
