Zahálka has made itself felt on the Prague residential market to some acclaim from the general public and in professional circles. We are now reaping the benefits of the combination of great location, premium architecture and careful preparation of every detail.
The apartments in the first two buildings were in very high demand. Interest continued even during the “lockdown” months this spring, and is only increasing as the date of completing construction draws nearer and the remaining available apartments are going fast. Still we are keeping to the original prices and not raising our prices due to high demand.
We still have some apartments available, so it is not too late to buy. The last of the small apartments are still available, and we recently released for sale the large apartments on the upper floors with their amazing views. If you don’t find what you’re looking for in the last remaining apartments, you can still try your luck and ask about pre-reserved units. There is a chance that the apartment you chose will still become available.
We will have the final occupancy approval in autumn 2020, and in the new year 2021 you can be in your new home at Zahálka. We’ve got a lot to look forward to!
